Managing Director

Ken has a passion for biology and more than 30 years of experience in the seed industry. This is reinforced with a degree in agriculture and an MSc. Ken has many years of field research, agronomy, and seed and grain testing experience. The AgEtal  laboratory is founded on this broad spectrum of high level agricultural expertise.

Luanne Cunliffe

BSc (Agric), BComm, CPA 

Director (Finance and Administration)

Luanne is a management accountant who has achieved a CPA and gained over 20 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping and computer training. Luanne has extensive experience using her skills to support the agricultural sector including working directly with farmers to develop their systems.

Tara Russell

BAgrSc(Hon) 

Agronomist

Tara has completed her Ag Science degree with honours and brings pathology and crop scouting experience to the team as well as an energetic enthusiastic attitude.

Rachel Baskerville

Prior to joining Agetal Rachel had been an agricultural inspector for SGS Australia for 7 years, sampling and testing grain both onsite and in the laboratory. She has also spent time working on farms and orchards in both the Darling Downs and Central Burnett regions.

Margaret Spiteri

Microbiologist/Pathologist

Margaret has joined us to help us expand on Microbiology, Nematology and Plant Pathology department. Margaret’s laboratory work is meticulous. 

Brendan Fallon

Seed Analyst/Field Officer

Brendan brings experience from life on the farm and crop scouting to AgEtal. He operates in a dual role as both a seed analyst and a field officer.
