Gluten Testing

 

Gluten is a group of proteins found in cereals that can trigger immune responses in intolerant people, and serious reactions in those with celiac disease. AgEtal can test your food products for the presence of gluten so that they can be labelled as gluten-free and safe for consumption by gluten intolerant people.

 

Our gluten ELISA testing gives rapid results with a turnaround guarantee of 24 hours. Results are reported with a limit of detection of 4ppm.
