Managing Director
Ken has a passion for biology and more than 30 years of experience in the seed industry. This is reinforced with a degree in agriculture and an MSc. Ken has many years of field research, agronomy, and seed and grain testing experience. The AgEtal laboratory is founded on this broad spectrum of high level agricultural expertise.
Luanne Cunliffe

Director (Finance and Administration)
Luanne is a management accountant who has achieved a CPA and gained over 20 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping and computer training. Luanne has extensive experience using her skills to support the agricultural sector including working directly with farmers to develop their systems.

Adele brings over twenty years' experience in microbial biotechnology to the team and leads AgEtal's molecular assay development.

Seed Analyst
Chandima brings a wealth of international experience to our laboratory and plies her knowledge as a Seed Analyst.

Pathology Analyst
Rachel is skilled in micro and molecular biology for pathology diagnostics and brings an aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving to the laboratory setting.
Leticia Battaglino Garcia
Quality Officer
Leticia operates in a diverse role that includes technical support for microbiology, as a seed analyst in our Seed and Grain Laboratory and most importantly as AgEtal's Quality Officer.
