Cancellation Policy
Please be sure about the testing you require before submitting your sample and request for analysis to avoid charges for testing you don't require.
We bill for all work that we do and we start testing the day we receive samples.
If you do need to make a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as you receive your sample receipt, as you will be charged for any work that we have already started. We can reduce the charge for incomplete tests proportionately at our discretion.
Same Day Start
Our standard practice is to start testing the day we receive samples.
Exceptions:
- We can delay starting testing on customer request.
- Tests on samples received after 3pm may be started the following day.
- Tests that require intervention at specific time periods may be started first thing the following day.
- Bulk testing may be done over several days to avoid delays with other lab work. If you require large volumes of testing, submit your samples as soon as possible, and chat with our staff about when you can expect to receive results.
